TwoMatch ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of all players, especially children. This Privacy Policy applies to our mobile game TwoMatch and any related services we operate.

By downloading or playing TwoMatch, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you are a parent or guardian and do not agree with these practices, please do not allow your child to use TwoMatch.

TwoMatch collects only the information necessary to operate and improve the game. We collect data in two ways: automatically (when you play) and when you make in-app purchases.

• Device identifiers — advertising ID, device model, OS version, and language settings
• Usage data — levels played, session duration, feature interactions, and game progress
• Purchase records — transaction IDs, purchase amounts, and item identifiers (processed by Apple/Google — we never see raw payment card details)
• Google Play account identifiers — a Google Player ID used for authentication and achievements (see section 06)

We do not collect your name, email address, or any social profile information unless you voluntarily contact our support team.

TwoMatch offers optional in-app purchases processed entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We receive only a transaction confirmation and the item purchased — your payment card details are handled exclusively by Apple or Google under their respective privacy policies.

We use aggregated analytics data to understand how players interact with TwoMatch, diagnose crashes, and improve gameplay balance. This includes:

• Which levels are completed or abandoned most often
• Average session length and frequency
• Crash reports linked to device model and OS version
• Advertising ID (for frequency capping, if ads are shown)

Analytics data is processed in aggregate and is not used to build individual behavioral profiles. You may opt out of analytics through your device's privacy settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Analytics; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

TwoMatch is directed at a general audience that includes children. We take the privacy of children under 13 seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Specifically for players under 13:

• Google Play Games sign-in and achievements are not available
• Behaviorally targeted ads are disabled
• Analytics collection is limited to what is strictly necessary for gameplay functionality
• No persistent device identifiers are linked to gameplay data
• Google Play Services is configured in child-directed mode, which restricts Google's data collection

Parents and guardians: If you believe your child under 13 has provided personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at the address below. We will promptly delete any such information.

We work with the following third-party services. Each is bound by contract to use your data only for the purposes we specify.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

• Usage and analytics data — up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized
• Purchase records — up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance
• Support communications — up to 2 years after your inquiry is resolved

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see section 11). We will fulfill deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — request that we delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Objection — object to certain types of data processing
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in section 11. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through an in-game notice or by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of TwoMatch after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

TwoMatch is a mobile game and does not use browser cookies during normal gameplay. However, if you visit our website or support portal, small data files called cookies may be placed on your device.

We use three types of cookies:

Managing cookies: You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Disabling analytics or third-party cookies will not affect your ability to play TwoMatch. Note that essential cookies cannot be disabled without breaking site functionality.
